PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As well as providing our CORE and VALUE-ADD construction services, VC Project can plan, procure, co-ordinate and manage all suppliers and contractors/sub-contractors related specially to corporate, retail and residential construction projects.

VC Project is affiliated with several highly skilled and experienced architects and interior designers who can conceptualise a project and provide the necessary documentation. VC Project can manage this process providing a single point of contact, turn-key solution.

VC Project is a South African privately owned construction company with a base in Cape Town. We are a specialist in the fit-out and construction of corporate, retail and residential projects.
With our expertise and experience in construction, project management and design, we are able to offer a complete turn-key management solution, from concept, design and approvals, through to construction and close-out.
We have a dedicated workforce who are both highly skilled and experienced. Our teams have been conditioned to work to tight deadlines to ensure project delivery while not compromising on quality.

MANAGEMENT
Luke Croker (Founder)
Holding a Bachelor in Construction Management and Property, a Diploma in Architecture and a diverse range of experiences afforded to him, Luke brings a combination of construction, design, cost engineering and project management skills.
Before establishing VC Project , Luke was responsible for business development and project management at Greg Benn Contractors (GBC). He successfully completed numerous building contracts while at GBC and assisted in taking the Cape Town based building company national. Prior to GBC, Luke held the position of Development Manager at Tipalea Partners in Sydney, Australia focusing on equity funded property developments and funds management. Prior to Tipalea Partners, Luke was at Memocorp Australia in the projects division.
